What is Resilient Athletic Mindset?
I want athletes to learn how to consistently perform on their athletic edge. Guiding athletes through understanding the process of purposeful physical, tactical, and mental training; Resilient Athletic Mindset will produce more confident athletes who are open to growth through learning rather then focusing on the negative that often trips up even the best of athletes.
With several decades of experience in both playing and coaching a variety of sports, I have a solid understanding of what I lacked and needed as an athlete as well as the mental edge which helped me to succeed. Coaching has allowed me to see how athletes are unique and need to be coached not with a “cookie cutter” approach—but rather with solid individualized tools and programs that work best for them.
